What is J-shirt?

A term first used by Bill Simmons of ESPN. It is used to describe t shirts that are made to look like team jerseys. Team logo on the front, player name and number on the back. Popular in the baseball world.

I picked up Bonds' J-Shirt cause the authentic jersey was sold out.
