What is J-town Bitch Whip?

Commonly used in the Emergency Medical sector to subdue combative, drunk or otherwise unruly patients for any and all reasons. The implement, simply, is any 1000cc bag of fluid (usually saline)used upon the side of a subjects head in a swingimg motion while held by the tubing inserton. Works best when warmed but can be used at any temp.
