What is Jubilee Day?

The biggest one day street fair on the east coast. Its located in mechanicsburg, pa's main street. There are rides, food, skate contests, little booths with fun stuff ect. always on a thursday.
Josh:Hey bra' we going in town to jubilee day. Everyone is gunna be there.
