Named after street entertainer,famed for cycling around off the beaten tracklike places.Filled with an inner sence of self delusion, he believed that it was possible to change an audiences feelings with a few silly jokes and a funny dance.In essence it means to go off on one for a long time with unscientific or abstract beliefs.
Feeling the stress of everyday life, Billy , the restaurant chef, finally broke one morning and did a jugglermatt. Years later he was found grinning cheesily making balloon animals in front of two kids in the Amazon basin.
