Mostly used as a wildcard,

sometimes in place of stuff..

rather then, you wanna stop smoking to someone who's lighting up a fag, you say

rah - bro, you wanna stop that juglinz..

or when asked how your day was, you'd reply

"just sorting out juglinz"
