What is June Itch?

A Wisconsin term for when you jump in a lake or pond in the middle of june and come out with itchy mosquito bites, usually around your legs and lower body. It's is caused by baby mosquitoes which breed in hatch in May, and then turn into larva in june... and bite the crap out of innocent swimmers, before growing up completely in July and terrorizing everybody on land.
I was skinny dipping with a bunch of gay men and afterwards I got mosquito bites all over my damned legs! What? No, I'm sure it's not AIDs... it's probably just June Itch.
