What is Jungle Dark?

A term used by white men to describe attractive black women who are darker skinned. Almost code-like, so black males won't pick up on a bunch of crackers checkin' out their sistas.
Brad commented to Steve that he was hoping to get some of that jungle dark over there in the corner.
