What is Junk Kicked Smile?

A facial gesture in which eyes become inexplicably larger than normal, fake smile contains Christmas-morning appeal and appears to be surprisingly genuine, albeit classically creepy.
The Junk Kicked Smile is found when a picture take-ee experiences some sort of breath-taking phenomenon - such as a Junk Kick - right before the click. Very difficult to fake as one then must remain in freeze frame until the photo is complete.
