A derogatory name for a person who sits around and rubs their "junk". Another name for someone who would be considered a " tool bag", loser, dork, or hoser.

That guy that just tried hittin on my girl! What a junkrubber! My buddy paul and I were just sittin around, drinkin some beers, and some junkrubber just came over and tried bumin a beer! That junkrubber needs to go buy his own damn beer!
