a person who exhibits turtle-like behavior or a particular fondness towards turtles. Is known to like grass sports such as soccer and lacrosse. Commonly attracted to persons named "Dan" or "Danielle" but particularly to those with large hair and stretchy eyebrows, e.g. "I started a joke" singer from the Bee Gees.
