What is Juss Throwing That Out There?

when at one point in a conversation you randomly notice that you have something in common with something around you there by forcing you to scream out whatever it is, this creates a blank staring and silence for a while there by you saying "juss throwing that out there" the comment is thereby forgotton and never to be returned because of its randomness
"yea but my dog died yesterday"
"aw how old was he"
"3 years"
"WOW DUDE! MY DOGS THREE YEARSOLD TOO!"
"what was that for"
"im juss throwing that out there"
