What is Justaface?

When a person is very attractive facially, but the rest of them is questionable. This can relate to an individual of great body size, but it doesn't seem to affect any area above the neck. This can also include para and quadriplegics.
I went to an Overeater's Anonymous meeting, and met so many justafaces. And they ALL gave me their numbers! Sweet!
