still- ask yourself before you eat: am I Stressed, Tired, Irritable, Lonely? The last L is for Life- what is going on in YOUR life causing you to overeat. Then learn the real meaning of still- to stop and meditate, just breathe, thru the day.
Here is the PROBLEM: Too many YUMM YUMMS = 2/3 of America is overweight.

You + Unhappiness + Multitasking + Mindless Eating+ Stress = Overeating + Obesity
What is the better solution??
Just breathe + be aware (mindful + conscious) –ego =justbstill
