What is J0wled?

A l33tspeak derivative of the word "own" or "pwn". A definition by a member of an online messageboard goes a little something like this "created by misfitaids to insult me insinuating i was fat. IE 'TAINTEDJOWLS'". But, over time, it has evolved into a "pwn" or something to say "well, you just got pwned". Can be spelled jowl or j0wled.
"Your crabs have AIDS"
"Whoa, I just got j0wled".
