What is Kafer?

A very demeaning and insulting derogatory term used by muslims to describe those who don't believe in the three Abrahamic religions of Judaism, Christianity and Islam. In other words a heathen or infidel.

Used by some hard line European Muslims as an insult to all non Muslims, even Christians and Jews.

Muslim: "Kafers will burn in hell for all eternity as they are all nothing but lying thieving monsters who would sell their own mothers for a single nickel given the chance"
