What is Kailtail?

An obnoxious symbol of impatience for another person's driving by riding as close to their back bumper as possible, usually within a few inches. The word is believed to have been named after someone named "Kail" who generally always did this to people who drove too slow.
Driver of car being kailtailed "God I am already going 10 over and this guy keeps riding my ass, he is less than a foot away!"
Passenger of car being kailtailed "Yeah I know man I can see him in the mirror, he is kailgating your ass"
