What is Kalieh?

A person or persons that is so of the wall, out of the ordinary, non-stream line that people think it's a bad idea to associate with them but are quickly proven wrong once they get to know that person and see that they're actually very cool, intelligent and just like to be an original individual.
Did you see that girl that just walked in? Look at the way she's dressed. She doesn't fit in at all. She totally looks like a Kalieh.
