What is Kanchi?

An interjection used to show appreciation of a fart, burp, or any other profanitory bodily function. Usually used in conjuction with mmmto express absolute respect to ones repugnant nature.

Used in the same context of "God Bless You", in other words it is a complement.

Bobby farts (and it really stinks).

James looks at Bobby with great respect and awe, and says "mmmmmm kanchi!"

Bobby returns gladly with, "Thankyou"
