Sex defined word, directed to males only. you are "kangouros" if your dress sense is stagnant in the eighties. eg. black trousers with white sports socks and black shoes, wearing a hawain type shirt with a military jacket. it can also mean "one who is shy with women" .. also can be plurar thus defining a large number of males without a single woman among them..
