What is Kanko?

A Kanko is somebody who Listenes to Extreme Mosh Core by day, but by night, plays with children in orphanages.
They originate from the German Pushk band "Tears From A Crying Fetus" due to the signers name Kan Coloso.
I went to see Rotten Maggot the other day, and towards then end all the Kankos left to go see thier kids. It sucked.
