Karlism

What is Karlism?

1.

"Karlism" is an extremely negative paranoid view of the world, combined with a sadomasochistic non-productive extraordinarily vocal and manipulative tendency to express such negative views in order to obtain a personal benefit, even though it usually accomplishes the exact opposite of what the person expressing such views might be trying to achieve.

Even in case John had been correct in some of his critical observations, his usual non-productive way of communication can be seen as a perfect example of "Karlism."

Due to his "Karlistic" approach, John who felt management had been conspiring against him from the beginning, only made the situation worse when he openly accused a board member of manipulation and deceit."
