A noun form of "what goes around comes around." When you've been screwing over everyone else around you, pissing off the universe and being a generally lame person, when you get screwed over it's your bad karma fucking you over. Can be used as a verb also.
Dan: Dammit, I just lost my wallet. It had $100 dollars in it.
Dylan: That's a karma fuck, dude. You really shouldn't have stolen Katie's iPod.
