What is Katziger?

A giraffe type thing that lurks the meadows, eating chips and making rooster hands. You may find Katzigers eating food all the time while staring into space in the back of a math class. They do not know how to show up on time and usually are 30 minutes to 1 hour late for everything.
"I pulled a Katziger---My meeting was at 6:00 today, and I showed up at 7."
