A person, particularly of Indian descent, who for some unknown reason is smug, vain, pompous, snobbish, and feels superior to everyone else in society.

What a kaushbag! This dude grew up in the midwest got a job by a big city and now thinks that everyone in the midwest is rural. And he refers to everyone as common folk, especially ones who watch sports. What makes him so special?
