What is Kaut?

A term which can be referred to as the cheesy substance caused from sweating of the gland, which will collect in the anus, a very foul smell that can be smelt by a person from 10 meters away, if a person with kaut stays in a room long enough the room will have an ugly stench which is very hard to remove and might last for a couple of weeks. More common with people who are skanky dirty bastards that don't wash or who finger themselves without washing their hands.
