Adjective describing a very attractive female that inflicts an almost immediate hard-on to anyone nearby. The word has its root on the greek word "kavla". The word first appeared in the late 90s. It has been used recently more broadly so that it can describe males that appear to have the same effect. When used in conversation the meaning is stressed by extension of the last two syllables, Kavlaaaaraaaa
