What is Keekee?

A word not commonly used in real terms, but seen more often in online expression. Is like "heehee" but much more michevious and otherwise completely silly... or just a complete mishap typo. Either, it is an interesting mock-useage of "heehee."
Bob: "Dude... wtfx you doing so close to meh?"
Dude: "... um... teh nothing?" *steals*
Bob: "ZOMG! Where'd mah stuff go? U stealz?!?"
Dude: "KEEKEE!11!1" *zoom!*
Bob: "Omg... where he go?... I jus get hax3d?!" *pages GM*
