What is Keeotch?

An annoying-yet-cute girl, usually in her late teens to early twenties, who works at a mall kiosk and calls out to unsuspecting passers-by in an attempt to convince them to buy something.
No matter how many times I walk by, the Cingular keeotch tries to get me to look at the damn Blackberries.
