What is Keltzing?

When someone stumbles an unbelievable amount in trying to tell a simple story. The word arrived from Brian and Matt Keltz, twin brothers who have a serious problem of finishing their sentences without jumbling every single word together.
Person 1: I went to the store today and then (inexplicable jumbling of words)
Person 2: Jeez man, stop keltzing it.
