What is Kennedy-ed?

To shoot someone in the head, causing massive trauma to the point that brain matter splatters on a windshield or other area of the compartment. Mostly found in video game circles such as GTA4.
"Oh man did you see that? Varriano just totally Kennedy-ed that dudes skull. Aww sick look at the brain matter its all over the f*cking windshield"
