Kentucky Meat is ground up pork meat and oats. Also Called Goetta, this peasant food can only be found in the Greater Cincinnati area, where the fried breakfast patties are served nearly everywhere. At many breakfast dives in northern Kentucky, people call Goetta "Kentucky Meat."

Trucker: "I think i will try the Goetta, I've never heard of it before."

Waitress: "You can't beat that Kentucky meat, and you sure cant get it past the border."
