What is Kestral?

One who publicly expresses homophobia (often through use of derogatory language or actions), but is himself suspected to be gay.
Can also be extended to include one who publicly denigrates other disadvantaged, minority, or negatively stereotyped groups (for instance, someone who makes blanket statements against Southerners).
That kestral keeps saying everything is gay...Kinda makes you wonder if something under the surface is driving that!
