What is Kickpoint?

Point at which the euphoria that is associated with just having ingested any kind of recreational pharmaceutical or other controlled substance is achieved. Refers to the simple arrival of such euphoria and is not to be confused with the actual duration of it.
Sean: "I just took some 'shrooms."
Blake: "When's the kickpoint?"
Sean: "About 15 minutes."
