used to define those ignorant about the workings (or not) of their kidneys.
Term coined by survivors of renal failure used to describe someone recently diagnosed or someone who has not yet attained the knowledge of a more experienced person.
Not a derogatory term, more a descriptive one.
A combination of the word kidney and ignorance
