What is Kiefer Sutherlands?

The combination of smoking a "kiefer" bowl (smoking a weed bowl topped with kief. )and taking a shot of various alcohols in the process and the blowing out the smoke. Shooting "Kiefer Sutherlands" pays tribute to the great Jack Bauer of 24 and incompasses all the necessary ingredients to get muther fuckin crunked. Kiefer Sutherlands are done in "sets" of "3", the necessary amount to achieve a comfortable state of "crunkness"(and I have no medical proof to back that, just experience)
