What is King Clazz?

Runescape - When times are bad, you never get any drops, you spec 0's constantly. You just had a "King_Clazz" moment. Having this title basicly means "Worst Luck Possible" or WLP syndrome. This means you can never get "Lucky" with anything.
Guy 1: "Man i just killed 5000 Abby Demons and not one whip@!"
