What is Kinky Barber?

In Texas Hold 'Em, if one is dealt a deuce (2) and a 7 without matching suits, he has received the worst possible two card poker hand. This is called a "kinky barber", and is quite often followed by a fold by the cardholder.
Last hand, I had pocket aces. Dang! Bad luck this time. I got the kinky barber.
