Small organization at Google that is focused on organizing Google's Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Response activities. Incubated in late 2007, and formally founded in Jan 2009 by Phil and Rob.

The Google Kipendo team provided geo product training to the GIS group at the UNHCR.
