What is Kiper?

A moron armorer who does not know how to count weapons to make sure they are there. He also stinks and radiates an aroma consisting of ammonia and dooky-filled ash trays. Constantly has a black eye.
There are only 3 thinks kiper is good at: being a grunt, COC, and being a cage-fighter.
