When an over, no-talent celebrity does something - anything - to get noticed. Is to celbrities what "jumping the shark" is to a TV show. Specifically refers to the carefully orchestrated - yet spectacularly unsexy - Madonna-Britney Spears kissing incident.
Although ahead of it's time, Janet and Justin's "wardrobe malfunction" was a pitiful attempt at kissing the britney.
