A Kiyon is when you let everyone at work know you are not feeling well OR you come into work but leave early cause you are supposedly not feeling well. Since everyone is now fully aware you are not feeling well, you can take Friday off. But wait, it gets better. This is a 3-day weekend, which means party time!!!! How convenient.
