verb/adj.: The act of spilling, dropping or spitting food on one's self or innocent bystanders.
The word originated from combining clumsy and bek, a synonym for master, hence clumsy master. Due to constant misspellings the word has evolved to its current spelling, Klubek.
Mark: Hey Bethany, how's it going?
Bethany walks over while eating some cereal.

As Bethany speaks food flies out of her mouth and onto Mark's shirt.
