What is Kluemper?

When something exciting is going to happen, but then something unexpected happens as a result of your worthlessness which cancels it.
If you're going to go on a very expensive trip, but then your appendix explodes the week before and you lose all the money you've already payed for it, you've pulled a kluemper.
