a person who cuts (aka. a cutter) and who cuts thier knees to look as if they had only fallen and scraped their knee.
C: Oh T., what happened to your knees? They are all cut up!
T: Oh.. yea.. i fell.. this morning..
C: Uh yea right, i know you cut, did u cut your knees?
T: (denying it) Oh no, why would you think that?
C: Well you would b a knee cutter then.
