What is Knowumsayin?

a word, made up of four words: know; what; i'm; sayin'.
usually used in a sentence when asking if one understands what they are trying to say.
most commonly used amongst african-americans who believe talking should be slurred so that every word in a sentence can make one word for a shorter amount of speaking time and moving of the mouth.
black guy #1: dayum, that hoe is fine, knowumsayin?
black guy #2: yea bra. her ass is tight!
black guy #1: o fo sho!
