(Ko-bee Fa-ool) Noun - An over reaction of a situation, much so acting like a victim, in order to draw something for their own benefit.
Made popular by Kobe Bryant in which he shoots a J, lifts his knee into the defender - drawing contact (forced by Kobe), and then acting like he was fouled once the ball leaves his hand. Which typically, the referees do fall for it.
