What is Kofta?

Something made up by Turkish people, which the Greeks stole because they don't have a culture of their own. People who eat kofta usually get oily skin and have an irrational hate of other central asian/mediteranian countries.
'nom nom nom, this kofta is really good' said a small greek boy. 'hey, that is ours' said an equally fat and stupid turkish boy'
