A douche bag refusing to confront a freeloader to leave your house because you don't want to offend him, all the while bitching about it to your friends and co-workers. This is usually accomplished by whining and crying like a man who's balls are kept on his wife's night table.
Peter is a kogina for complaining to his friends about the long standing guest in his house even though he refused to ask him to move on.
