What is Kookanese?

to speak in a fashion that makes no sense to others and somewhat makes you look like a nutjob; to ramble and make statements that make others scratch their heads and wonder exactly what planet you are from and why you are such a dumbass

While having a disagreement with my girlfriend last night, I didn't understand a word she said since I do not speak kookanese.
