What is Kordaye?

a creature whose legs resemble Xavier's, the main character in
the kordaye do anything to get their hands on some food no matter what the circumstances are. a typical kordaye is usually found rummaging through your cabinets for something to feast on, or sleeping in its magical forbidden cave.
the main predator of the kordaye is the wildebeest, which tends to beat the kordaye when they have done wrong.
wife: honey, the cabinets are all empty! did you forget to lock the
back door again last night? i think a kordaye got in.
husband: oh those pesky kordayes!!!!!
